At IFFCO Urban Gardens, we want your green spaces to thrive, which is why we offer a 15-day return policy for unused gardening supplies and non-perishable items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making it right through a simple exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal within 15 days of delivery, providing your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that tools, fertilizers, or decorative pots are unused and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please note that live plants are generally excluded from return shipping due to their fragile nature.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
